1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Items marked as final sale
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
